      The Ccworkers, that is all.

      Cons

      Forced weekends. Forced holidays. No holiday pay. Poor pay. No raises. Poor PTO. You are a warm body filling a void and easily replaceable.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
