Pros

None whatsoever. They will lie to get you to work for them. They also interview you when no current employees are around.

Cons

Constant pressure to pick up patients that dont need therapy, pressure to make productivity by pressuring pts, make you use YOUR PTO to get 40 hours when THEY have no patients because of low census. You can't have an option of non paid time, they insist you use your PTO. Then you never have enough for much needed vacation. Dangerous and disgusting buildings to work in with no safety assistance for their staff, worst regionals I have EVER worked for in my lengthy career. As you can see the list is long, and I could continue. One last one, don't call compliance because there IS complete retaliation.

Pros

Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

Cons

Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
