      nice salary lots of locations possibility for promotion

      Cons

      productivity expectations are very high If you miss a day because you are sick the expectation is you make up that day on the weekend.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
