      fair pay .... 20 word minimum but not that many good things to say

      Cons

      PDO accrual is not good, very low. Use it or lose it policy on time off is by June 1st, so you can never take time off in the summer. Corporate is out of state, so you are just number to them

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
