      I guess, they have some good contracts

      Cons

      They don't care about ethics they only want your minutes!! Does not matter haw the clients are just get their minutes so they can get their money Medicare really needs to do a full company audit of this company

      Family oriented team, great pay, flexible schedule for students

      Cons

      Nurses do not help with meal passes, understaffed most of the time.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
