Pros

-Some direct managers were good -I liked my staff and clients. -They reimburse for events that you host at your facilities

Cons

-They rush to open as many new clinics as possible but can’t even properly support them. They put me into a building where no one knew why I was even there and I only got a few hours of training before being told to 'go build the therapy department'.. -Rehab managers are pressured daily to meet 75% productivity, even while managing a rehab team, finding referrals, and leading facility events 2-3 times a week. -IT is always so severely understaffed it takes hours (sometimes up to a day) to get a reply. - Almost impossible to take your legally entitled 15 min breaks due to productivity. -No 1.5x pay on holidays. -Only guaranteed PTO if requested 90 days in advance, but you can't cash out PTO for any reason. -I was only given 1.5 weeks notice when they needed to end my contract.

Pros

Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

Cons

Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
