Pros
I love to be challenged, especially when it comes to my career. What I’ve learned over the past year is that there is no shortage of challenges and opportunities at Select Security. Every day is different, but every day is rewarding. It is a fast-paced environment, and if you are willing to put in the work, your efforts will be acknowledged. The team environment is one of my favorite things about working here. Mostly everyone I work with on a daily basis has a positive outlook and truly enjoys what they do. My favorite team member event is the Annual Awards Banquet. The whole company comes together in one place to celebrate the employees!
Cons
Because it is a growing company, there are some areas for improvement. But what is reassuring, is that the management team is actively involving all team members to help improve upon these areas as well as company processes and procedures.
