      Pros

      great IT dept to work in as it is growing fast but still small enough to know most of the team members. Very different from your larger organizations. Company as a whole does its share to make you feel "valued". Employee recognition is common and well received.

      Cons

      Niche Industry, lack of diversity in staff and management.

      - PTO is lower than industry average - Lots of meetings at times - Agile implementation is inefficient
