      Pros

      They directed me to a job I ended up loving. The pay they started me off with was good. Had I not got this job through SSI, I probably would have never found this job let alone been hired to it.

      Cons

      They offered to pay a certain amount and then when I was hired on, they lowered the amount. Not cool. It was still acceptable though, but I wish they would have hired me on at the amount that was discussed.

      Pros

      Onboarding was clear and straightforward. Staff check in on my employment was consistently checked.

      Cons

      My paid time off was an employee benefit for employees inside the state of the employer. Unfortunately, I was a remote worker based outside the state of employee coverage, which turned out to be the situation that if I do not work, I do not get paid.
