Great work life balance and a very supportive team. Leadership is always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and help you grow. One thing that really stood out to me was the CEO taking the time to personally check in after I was hired. HR also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. It showed that they genuinely care about their employees. Being part of Bisnow is another plus, with things like the Fitness Challenge and other events that make work fun and help everyone stay connected.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. It's been a great place to grow, and I've had a really positive experience overall.
