      Pros

      Seems like a growing, thriving, company. Opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Trainers seem very green. They don't seem to know how to break down the information and have a hard time answering questions that are not already spelled out for them. They don't take the initiative to go find the real answer. Instead your told 'don't worry about that' when they probably just don't know the answer. Still in training and just hoping the floor supervisors will be more knowledgeable and explain in clearer terms
