Expectations weren't honestly communicated (However I don't think they even knew what to expect). During AEP there is no work life balance, if you're onboarding for this opportunity, IT IS HELL. You're going to be very, very challenged. It's going to squeeze you and make you writhe in your skin. However, make it to the other side with a good attitude and decent numbers and they will keep investing into you. I wasn't cut out for Senior after this period and found a position in their auto and home division for example. Every challenge makes you better. It isn't a bad thing inherently, if you use it to better yourself, learn and continue to grow.
