Pros

Dress code, occasional free lunch.

Cons

Don't buy into it's a great place to work. I worked there for 3 years. Everyone is constantly stressed and management is awful. The top agents were even constantly complaining. Look at how many 4 and 5 stars have recently been posted. That's because they're hiring and can't get anyone to come aboard.

Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

Cons

Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
