The only positive thing I can say is working there for over 3 years I made some lifetime friends and my direct manager was one of the best managers I have ever had. But your level above is a complete circus. You decided to completely close our office down and let all the sales reps work from home but decided that you were going to lay me off because I was considered "customer service" and it was too much of a hassle to have me work from home than you like so you let me go with a promise of a severance it took over a month of constantly calling and emailing for me to finally start getting my severance if it wasn't for the COVID hitting and my mortgage letting me deferred my payments I would have lost my house because of your company. You also didn't file my health insurance correctly when working there I was suppose to be getting a health savings account but when I went to the hospital they advised that my company didnt file correctly so I lost out on that also.
