      Terrible leads, very low compensation for a licensed insurance agent, Long mandatory hours, up to 80 hours a week during the annual enrollment.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
