They don't care about you as an employee. YOU ARE A NUMBER and if you dare get sick with a deadly disease, THEY DON'T CARE, Perform or you get fired. Don't dare do any special projects where they tell you the metrics don't count. GET IT IN WRITING!! Otherwise, they will go back on their word and use that as a reason to fire you. They are always looking for a way to fire you. The pay is decent, but with charge backs and other penalties they will nickel and dime you to death They are liars and it starts with the CEO, he sets the culture and the culture stinks.
