I Love working for SelectQuote, now we are working from home and it is so amazing because I am still doing what I love to do. also you can make all the money you want! I actually made over $150,000 last year. getting those things I dreamt of. So because of Selectquote my dreams are now REALITY!!! And I have referred many of family & friends

Cons

the only thing I can say is a con-is working long hours in AEP, but it's still great because the money you can make $$$

Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

Cons

The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

It’s a very large company.

Cons

Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
