Pros
Ok so I was working for SelectQuote and I was seasonal I no longer work there and now its tax time and I can't get ahold of anyone, and no one will answer the emails I have yet to receive my W2. I have been trying to get anyone at Select Quote since February, Nothing. But at least I could work from home right?
Cons
They have unrealistic timeframes for you to complete your work. They lock you out so you can't get your paystubs or W2 and block your number and email so you can't send messages and don't care about you. They burn through employees like matchsticks. And I found out that an agent makes 700 dollars per client enrollment not 50, or 30, or 12 dollars but 700 each! They keep most of it and make you jump through hoops to get a crumb. At my new job I sold 5 policies made 3500 dollars.
