Pros

This can greatly depend on what department you work for. I specifically worked for the pharmacy SelectRx call center. It was not highly intensive and many times had a while between calls, actively working about 3 hours a day. The manager was nice and very little micromanaging.

Cons

Angry customers and complex issues

Pros

Any Pro I would have is outwaited by the overall negative experience.

Cons

A firehose of false leads. The people calling in think they are calling in for a food card. There is no food card. They expect you to change their Medicare plan after they called in under false pretenses.
