Great training. Generally good work culture. Remote - great work at home opportunity. Opportunity to make good money if you're a "rock-star"

Cons

Fluctuating pay. Ever changing comp structure, sales quotas, performance targets, job role description and function.

It’s a very large company.

Cons

Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
