      Pros

      The flexibility outside of AEP. This company truly has so many perks for all associates during the off-season to recoup and relax after a busy enrollment period. The amount of training that each individual receives. Most agents who start at SQ say that it was the best training they had ever received, and that continues even once you start selling. You are constantly getting trained/coached to make you a better sales agent. Once you're out of the training phase it's almost all inbound leads. Focused on culture. SQ does so much to make sure agents have the work environment to make everyone comfortable and have the ability to succeed.

      Cons

      Long hours during the Annual Enrollment Period. Long times staring at a computer screen.

      Pros

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
