Pros

It is a remote work from home position.

Cons

Pay only twice a month. There is no work life balance you will do nothing but work long hours, your expected to work weekends and you will be so exhausted that You won’t have energy left for your life ! Extremely stressful Extremely high turnover. Extreme micromanagement. Even though some of these poor elderly people were barely making enough money to eat every month, I wish chastised for not manipulating them into buying bigger policies. Very long hours they have a new training class starting every two weeks and at the end of 45 days 95% of everyone is gone. They do not hire in good faith they hire to turn and burn through people and for them that is normal.

Pros

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Cons

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
