Micromanagement, and always pushing you to sell more which seems good! but it’s unnecessary when I over meet the set goals. Management 101 says to support and acknowledge the achievement of employees and not just say “oh you are doing great” then get on my calls and start trying to guide me through like I know nothing about the job when I’m actually more experienced than my manager! Doing it once wouldn’t bother me but over and over?? I had a great trainer but he left because he was under appreciated which he made one of the top agents! This company only cares about sales and treat you like a machine
