      DONT DO IT!!! - Advisor SelectQuote Employee Review

      Pros

      Laid back trainers and coaches, a 1 hour lunch

      Cons

      Very fast paced, takes 500-700 calls a day, you are basically like those scammy calls that you would hang up on so customers will cuss you out and yell at you, you have to use your 15 minute breaks to use the restroom, bonus calculations doesn’t add up, training is only 2 weeks, you will literally get a call every second

      Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Cons

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
