      Some employees in different time zones so there can be a lag in response time, but very manageable.

      Pros

      Applied online through college board. Got an email shortly after submitting resume with a few questions about my interest in the position. Had a phone interview, completed a short project and then went in for an in-person interview.

      Cons

      At a startup, every day is different which can be exciting, but might not be the best for someone looking for a lot of structure.
