All the cons are reserved for non IT manager only 1. Condescending 2. Vocally abusive 3. Disrespectful 4. Manipulative, loves acting in front of the boss but has nothing to add off camera 5. No professionalism 6. Controlling 7. Their job profile probably had two tasks: taking personal calls, and bringing others morale down

The team leaders and managers in the Non IT department are doing very well and every team member has successfully achieved their target and their seems an ease of communication and transparency over there amongst the team members

The IT team lost a lot of team members due to the stressful environment and unsupportive team lead. They made Saturdays working for a lot of people that was not under contract of employment (it was stated only Mon - Fri working). Also with the addition of workload and team members leaving due to unsatisfied work environment and negligence by the team lead, I being the last member left was left no choice but to leave.
