a long time friend was fired from a very good job that this company is subcontracted on to due to a vexatious exaggerated complaint by a vindictive member of the public. the error that he made was potentially very serious but it was not investigated correctly with the records they had to keep specifically for error detection and prevention . The complainant may still now nearly 2 months after the event think they may have been at risk . But the company had loads of other work they needed doing with far lower earning potential despite a temporary minimum income guarantee. so it was in their interest to not use all the facts to pass on to IQVIA UK who deny all responsibility for the dismissal despite it being them who actually cut him off the system without considering all the details and the circumstances arising from participant demand and gridlocked traffic . which i know he has tried to explain at great length to blind eyes and deaf ears his health has suffered greatly but of course no one cares less. they just sent him for counselling and the one session he had just resulted in some copied/pasted generic links sent by email
