Slow growth of small company only 200+ people so not easy to get senior posistion growth chance. There is favourite ppl and they are consider super. And sometimes some bad decisions. 40 hours is ok but fixed timing is a crazy idea. we are not factory worker. Now my friends say you are changing. Good thing to do.
