Pros
Great salary for graduates & can work from home 2 days a week Design engineers can choose their own placements for 4 6-month rotations Depending on which team you are in you can learn CAD, FEA, HVAC etc
Cons
Work progresses slowly and you probably wont stay in a team long enough to see it through. Location not great, accessible but long commute.
