Pros

A nice office, a decent employer if you have no personal life.

Cons

Rapid expansion has lead to some shocking middle-management appointments, what initially was an awesome place to work, rapidly became a call-centre environment where you are treated as a number on a spreadsheet. Rules are enforced to the letter, not spirit to which they were introduced and the company cares little for hard work or performance. No reward for loyalty or time served. Also pay is low for the qualification requirements and day-to-day work, pension is god-awful, sick pay even worse and the 'unlimited' holiday is in name only.

Pros

Great work environment where people are supportive and always willing to offer a hand to help. Working on projects is fun and collaborative. I never feel like I’m stuck working on a something alone.

Cons

No real cons. Cross communication could be improved but the company is actively taking steps make communication more cohesive.
