      Pros

      I am a travel agent for many years and I never experienced this low customer service!! Stuff doesn't have any knowledge of the products..The best way for them to put us on made and after few minutes disconnect...where is management? Will never deal with them again!!!

      Poor poor service!! Very poor service! Never again!
