Pros

Cool industry to be apart of, experienced a lot of growth while I was there due to increased public interest.

Cons

Grew too fast to accommodate manufacturing. That team worked their tales off but there was only so much they could do. Large orders were often late which led to customers getting frustrated with the sales team

Pros

Working in rapidly growing industry like Electric Vehicles has been amazing. I've been with the company for 2.5 years and during that time I've seen such an increase in demand for our product. I've been in sales for 10+ years and I joke that "I've never sold a product people wanted to buy before!" It has been refreshing. Don & Mark have been great to work for, definitely some of my favorite bosses. I work remote so I can not speak to the culture at the office but I feel like it's moving in the right direction. Salary and commission for my position have greatly improved, 401-K is available, work / life balance is awesome, health insurance and vacation time are both good. Like any sales position you need to produce but so many people are interested in this new green technology that just educating the prospect does a lot of the selling for you.

Cons

I've worked for several small tech start ups, yes there are growing pains whenever a company is growing or changing. In this case it's because we are growing/selling a lot more than we were 2 years ago and we are evolving. Any issues I've experienced have been addressed relatively quickly. If you have a low tolerance for change or working through small issues this might not be the job for you.
