Poor (or no management) - critical decisions taken by mere Admin staff. Employees are commodities - the company is nothing more than poor staffing company which eat bulk of hourly rate while paying paltry salaries with no salary in the absence of billing. Absolutely poor (or no marketting)

Its a company where people are always ready to help when in need. There are enough projects to work on and learn as much as possible, especially in the field of SAP testing, manual testing,performance testing and automation testing.

Salary. Employees who start their career here are no doubt disappointed with the salary. However, if an experienced guy comes into this company and if he is deserving, he will get a decent take-home. Salaries of employees below 3 years is way below par with industry standards.
