Bad leadership - Engineer SembCorp Employee Review

Company’s leadership is bad and toxic, micromanaging their staffs, HR department was not acting as a neutral party and double check, HR often appeared to support management even when it did not reflect the full facts. This company environment no transparency and fairness were lacking. Leadership is failed. The workplace culture highly political. Employees who focused on doing their jobs well often struggled to thrive, while those who were better at office politics could survived. Your additional responsibilities that contributed to someone else’s KPI, NOT YOURS, with little recognition or career benefit and progression. Must be multitasking but not your KPI too.
