Coordination within the company is virtually non-existent. Office politics means that nobody gets anything done because different people in the same hierarchy either say the opposite of each other or outright lie to win an argument. No processes in place and incompetent middle management. Work-life balance is non-existent, so many people work until late in the evening and not having this sacrificial mindset will be pointed out to you as a flaw.
