4yAs a company holding sensitive & medical data, ethics and data protection are at the forefront of our priorities. We have investigated this review internally and have concluded it is unfounded.
We are also confident that it has not been posted by a current employee. We have a dedicated policy explaining how to raise concerns and named points of contact to ensure they are addressed promptly and diligently. Any employee can reach out directly to any manager, our Co-Founders, Head of Compliance, VP of People or choose to take one of the several anonymous avenues available to raise concerns (and we are confident they would!).
