Pros

There is no real advantage to this company.

Cons

I joined Semidynamics after a hiring process in which I was promised a modern, flexible, and people-focused environment. The reality was drastically different. The company is deeply old-fashioned in its mindset. There is zero flexibility: full-time presence at the office is mandatory, with no room for remote work. The workplace atmosphere is tense and silent — driven by fear, not collaboration. There is no sense of psychological safety, no real communication, and no structures to support employees. The founder responds to emails at all hours, including late at night and on weekends, creating a culture of constant availability and pressure. Leadership is unapproachable, reactive, and shows little interest in fostering a healthy or supportive work environment. One particularly troubling issue is how the company hires many employees from India and Pakistan, relocating them to Spain with their families under visa sponsorship. These colleagues often feel unable to speak up or question anything, fearing consequences tied to their visa status. This dynamic creates a power imbalance that goes entirely unchecked. There is no employee representation, no works council, The priority of the leadership appears to be securing European public funding. Beyond that, employee development, culture, and working conditions seem to be an afterthought — if they matter at all. I felt misled, disappointed, and unsupported during my time here. I would strongly advise potential employees to consider other opportunities, and I urge investors to look deeper before supporting this company. The internal culture does not reflect innovation, transparency, or ethical leadership.
