Very stable company, steady and predictable work, good salaries and benefits, amazing downtown location.
Cons
Very limited opportunities for growth, unless you are anointed by an officer and designated "high potential". The company admits it only actively develops the careers of 5% of its employees. The rest of us are left to figure it out on our own - huge missed opportunity and not ideal for millennials or others early in their careers.
