      Cons

      The recruiter completely unprofessional and arrogant. Salary very lower but you need to work for all projects available. She asked me if I needed a visa to work in Spain when from the CV and LinkedIn you can see that I am italian. Didn't put any effort to smooth her accent and it was difficult to be focused at the interview.

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
