      Pros

      Semrush gives possibilities, supports the initiative to get new skills, learn, take opportunities. There's a lot of flexibility in processes. Easy to move from one team to another.

      Cons

      Process of salary increases is not transparent at all. HRs will lie to you looking in the eyes. There's very different 'truth' for different employees. Semrush used to be a company with great corporate culture, open to each employee's opinion, giving growth possibilities. Now it's turning to strict hierarchy, and giving feedback becomes a problem. People get fired in one day.

      Pros

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
