Pros

- Good benefits (401k match, discount program, unlimited PTO.)

Cons

- Leaders within the marketing department have zero sense of professionalism, and apparently no HR training. They do not professionally deliver constructive criticism; instead, they bully, curse at, and harass the person. I would never recommend working in this toxic environment to anyone, even if you're desperate. By the way, HR will not help you if you report this behavior. They're used to it. - Marketing leaders will not treat you as a human being. If you're on vacation, it's extremely likely that there's no one to cover you, and your work will just pile up while you're away. Then, you'll have to work overtime to make up what you missed. For that reason, it's not worth taking a vacation, because it'll never be relaxing. People will push you to check Slack while you're away. - Semrush doesn't have the funds to hire enough people, so you will be overworked and underpaid. If someone on your team leaves, you will simply be expected to take on their work for nothing in return.

Pros

Very thorough onboarding and enablement process. Great culture and people. Excellent company & team communication.

Cons

There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

Pros

The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

Cons

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
