- Horrible HR team both in the USA and globally
- HR in the USA is incompetent. They are on their own schedule and don't care having any employee wait a week in order to receive a response. They fire employees without any PIP or coaching even though they preach to ensure employees have no surprises down the road.
- My manager has fired or had five team members transfer in her short time as a leader and has not been held accountable for her poor actions.
- The culture is very poor and everyone is very picky. They do not know how to adapt and be strategic with any of their programs and initiatives.
- Everyone talks behind each others backs, especially leadership who are not born in the USA.
- Russian culture is not strategic minded, they play favoritism and talk behind your back.
- When joining the company I was informed my salary would be 50k higher and when receiving an offer I was shocked. The head of recruitment said sorry, I made a mistake. They know nothing about any USA benefits and they are the head of global recruitment - what a joke!
- I never received a welcome packet or swag even though everyone else on the team has this - except for USA HR.
- Pay is below average and they do not offer bonus only after a year if they deem appropriate. This should already show employees they don't invest in a new hire until they are proven which is a horrible approach.
