      Pros

      I give them credit for even responding to reviews on Glassdoor, even if those responses are textbook terrible.

      Cons

      The amount of gaslighting semrush commits in these Glassdoor reviews is impressive. I'm really glad I read through here before taking a job with the company because if this is how they respond to feedback in a public forum, I can only imagine how much worse it is internally.

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
