Great corporate culture and people - some amazing colleagues can be proficient employees and great and interesting people. You can always rely on support and advice, cross-team projects in my experience work out pretty well.
Great perks: healthcare insurance, hobby benefits, PTO, teambuilding, education.
The company lived through the last years without massive layoffs, which is a great moment in these turbulent times.

Not very generous on bonuses and compensations, especially if you are not in the spotlight.
