Dear Sender,
Thank you for the review. Let us address some points to ensure we’re on the same page.
In our Retention Unit, there are not so many levels of managers between entry positions and executives. Therefore, perhaps speaking about strong hierarchy might not be the most accurate.
Concerning salary gaps, this issue may not pertain to the Unit where you worked as an Account Manager. All employees are placed within salary ranges, and top performers are rewarded accordingly once or twice per year—at Semrush, we have established processes for it.
When it comes to transparency, we strive to communicate all changes openly and in a timely manner. Any additional information you can provide on that matter would be helpful for us to address your concerns.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future career opportunities.
Yours, the Semrush Team

Cons
The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
