Toxic management (both mid- and C-level) that has no vision, enforces constant false urgency, and explains own poor planning and irrational requests with “wrong” execution. No people management skills whatsoever, all they care about is reporting good news to the higher level. No matter how much you try, you’ll never be acknowledged or praised for it. Performance reviews are meant to tear you apart, not give positive feedback. You won’t have the desire or time for career development and further training.
Absolutely useless HR. You won’t know they exist until it’s time for layoffs. They will let you go in the most dry and indifferent way and you won’t hear a single thank you.
The pay is lower than you’d expect and the benefits are scarce. They seem to be losing more and more good people.
