Pros

You get unlimited PTO There’s a President’s Club for salespeople who hit or exceed targets — it includes a company-paid trip. The offices in Barcelona and Amsterdam are really nice and comfortable. The team is international, friendly, and easy to work with. There are benefits for hobbies and team-building, which you can use for different activities outside of work. The company often celebrates wins — both big and small — with office events or team shoutouts. You might have the chance to travel for work, for example to attend events like Spotlight. There are opportunities to grow if you’re proactive.

Cons

There can be layoffs, so it’s good to be mentally prepared for that. Things change fast and sometimes without much warning — if you’re not comfortable with frequent changes, you might feel stressed to work here. There’s quite a bit of administrative work involved, even in roles where you wouldn’t expect it. Getting access to tools or apps you need for work can take a while — the approval process is long and not very flexible.

Pros

The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

Cons

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
