      No pros, just cons. Revolving door place, people come and go.

      Pros

      Can be calm and laid back.

      Cons

      They forbid marketing people from communicating with engineers and vice versa. They lie to engineers about sales numbers. Then they lie to marketing/sales about readiness and functionality of products that in reality do not work and not ready.
