Pros

I have worked at both startups and large corporations and the thing that stands out at SendHub is the culture and attitude towards solving challenges. They really make you feel valued as a team member. Some of the other reasons I like to work here: 1. Team of very smart people, always something to learn and they are very open to letting you move up and down roles/stack. 2. Consumer app, you can be involved in shipping things people love. 3. Generous rewards based on hitting goals. 4. Founders are willing to take feedback and input into the company direction. 5. Good focus on the end goal, the management makes sensible decisions and communicates them well.

Cons

1. Tough industry. 2. As in a start up, nothing is set in stone, be ready to jump on new challenges when needed.

Pros

All in all I love working at SendHub, and have turned down other opportunities at other startups and well known tech giants to stay here. - Lots of responsibility & career development - Room to grow into senior roles - Working with smart, fun people - Free food (snacks, catered lunch + dinner) - Get to solve complex problems for businesses - If you need something, the company will buy it for you - Management listens to you, and is easily accessible - You get to choose your setup - computer, monitor, chair, etc. - Lenient work from home and vacation policies - In office gym - Flexible hours - Little bureaucracy and time wasted in meetings - 1on1s / honest feedback sessions - Happy hour - Generous equity compensation

Cons

- Work life balance is a challenge, but typical for most startups - Insurance/medical benefits aren't the greatest - Office location is 2 miles from the CalTrain - We need to hire more people
