Pros
- The company does try to create a positive culture - The product has so much potential and if we can get past our internal struggles soon, it will be great - There are some great people here now who work hard
Cons
- Nepotism - Leadership in the CS org has driven that team into the ground - Service model changes on a regular basis - Lower level leadership regularly speaks in tones that make us fearful of losing our jobs - Team members all around us getting let go and being told the decision is based on performance, but none have been put on any kind of a performance plan - Many people across the org are disingenuous - Questionable promotions all the time
